Description

  • Lead end-to-end MarTech architecture mapping and optimization initiatives to improve platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Design an AI-ready MarTech stack supporting intelligent automation, agent-based workflows, and modern marketing operations.
  • Design and build AI agents for campaign workflow use cases in partnership with product marketing, content, web, and integrated campaigns teams.
  • Lead integrations and migrations for CMS platforms, webinar tools, and other marketing infrastructure.
  • Conduct solution assessments and develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and platform capabilities.
  • Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI agents and MarTech integrations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing technology architecture, platform engineering, or solutions architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions or intelligent automation systems.
  • Deep expertise across MarTech platforms and ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, CDP, CMS, and analytics.
  • Experience with agent-based architectures, LLM integration, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong skills in system design, API integration, data architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience implementing Adobe Workfront or equivalent project-management tools using marketing workflow best practices.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale platform optimization or migration projects.
  • Expertise with specific MarTech platforms such as Marketo (preferred).
  • Background in campaign workflow optimization or marketing operations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of marketing data governance, compliance, and privacy; AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture certification is a plus.

  • Market-competitive base salary of CAD 130,000–165,000, based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
