Description

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI-driven marketing use cases with marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Pilot generative AI initiatives to improve campaign efficiency, personalization, and ROI.
  • Establish and lead a cross-functional Marketing AI Council to guide marketing AI strategy.
  • Develop AI governance frameworks and usage guidelines covering ethical, operational, and security considerations.
  • Represent marketing on the corporate IT-led AI Council and share best practices across the organization.
  • Lead AI literacy and enablement programs for marketers at all levels.
  • Drive change management efforts to build adoption of AI as a tool for creativity and efficiency.
  • Create communication plans to share pilot wins, lessons learned, and insights.
  • Build buy-in for AI adoption by influencing executives, managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and track KPIs and report progress to the CMO and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing across functions such as content creation, demand generation, analytics, and brand strategy.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role focused on change management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, including generative AI platforms, marketing automation systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Understanding of the AI adoption curve and best practices for scaling AI in large organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
  • Experience founding or leading councils, task forces, or similar collaborative bodies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Commitment to ethical, responsible AI practices.
