Description

  • Define and drive technical vision across intelligent networking, distributed systems, real-time data processing, agentic AI, and machine learning.
  • Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • Design and build high-performance services, scalable data pipelines, distributed microservices, and integrations with networking systems.
  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and implementation efforts while remaining hands-on.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, establish technical direction, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Build resilient, secure, observable, and scalable systems for enterprise use cases.
  • Improve architecture, engineering processes, system performance, and operational readiness.
  • Work across networking, cloud platforms, distributed data processing, analytics, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience across the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and production operations.
  • 5+ years of programming experience in at least one general-purpose language, preferably Python, Java, Go, or C++.
  • 3+ years of experience leading the design and architecture of large-scale distributed systems, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience in real-time microservices, stream processing, distributed data platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI or agentic systems, network telemetry, or large-scale analytics.
  • Experience designing systems that process high-volume, high-velocity data with strong scalability, availability, latency, and reliability requirements.
  • Experience mentoring engineers, serving as a technical lead, or leading an engineering team.
  • Ability to solve highly complex, ambiguous technical problems and translate them into production-ready solutions.
  • Preferred: BE/B.Tech, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: Experience building generative AI or agentic systems, including tool use, planning, memory, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and production deployment.
  • Preferred: Experience developing networking, observability, telemetry, cloud infrastructure, or distributed control-plane systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with Kafka, Spark, Flink, PySpark, MapReduce, or similar distributed data technologies.
