Description

  • Define technical vision and drive strategic machine learning solutions across products and platforms.
  • Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, operations, and technical strategy.
  • Design, build, and review high-performance, scalable microservices and synchronous/asynchronous web services.
  • Develop real-time inference systems for complex models using Triton, TensorRT, and mixed-precision computing.
  • Lead design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on implementation.
  • Architect resilient, scalable distributed systems and drive operational and process improvements.
  • Mentor engineers, set technical direction, and foster team culture.

Requirements

  • Degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience across the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, reviews, testing, builds, deployment, and operations.
  • 5-10 years of Python experience, including advanced features and libraries.
  • Expertise designing RESTful APIs, with hands-on FastAPI experience.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • 3+ years leading the design and architecture of large distributed systems, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience mentoring, serving as a technical lead, or leading an engineering team.
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent machine learning experience (preferred).
  • Experience with ML technologies such as PyTorch, SageMaker, Triton, or TensorRT (preferred).
  • Experience with NoSQL/document databases and optimizing big-data workflows and system performance (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary range of USD 170,000-240,000, based on qualifications, experience, and region.
