Description

  • Prospect, maintain, and expand relationships with strategically important customers in assigned vertical markets.
  • Achieve sales quota and strategic objectives for three to five vertical markets.
  • Represent the company’s full range of products and services to assigned accounts and markets.
  • Lead the customer account planning process and develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead solution development efforts that address customer needs and coordinate involvement from internal teams.
  • Develop productive relationships with key personnel in current and prospective customer accounts.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with support, service, management, marketing, accounting, logistics, and technical service teams.
  • Prepare written proposals, quotations, and regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions and stay current on product, market, and competitive trends.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of commercial software, storage, or networking engineering experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically დაახლოებით 25% of the time, with occasional additional travel.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Experience working with customers in commercial or strategic account environments (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional sales or technical teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with software, storage, or networking products and services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for proposals, presentations, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage sales forecasts and territory planning.
