Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer negotiation for Revenue and Product & Engineering roles.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand team needs and provide strategic hiring guidance.
  • Use Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related tools to manage the recruiting pipeline, track progress, and report on metrics.
  • Represent Extend as a brand ambassador by communicating its mission, values, and culture to candidates.
  • Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruiting process to support a strong candidate experience.
  • Maintain a fast-paced, results-oriented approach and consistently meet or exceed hiring goals.
  • Support additional roles and departments as needed based on business needs and bandwidth.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of recruiting experience for tech startups, with a strong focus on Revenue and Product & Engineering hiring.
  • Experience developing and executing effective sourcing strategies and direct candidate outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise executives on hiring decisions and talent strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
