Description

  • Independently lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous business questions to drive revenue initiatives and recommendations.
  • Own and develop strategies to maximize revenue and improve client acquisition across the revenue waterfall.
  • Lead quantitative analysis work such as simulation models, A/B testing, and causal impact analysis.
  • Present analytical insights and strategic recommendations to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Own, refine, and improve data pipelines, data structures, and tracking methodologies to uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Synthesize input from Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Risk to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Set the standard for analytical thinking and excellence within the team.
  • Embed AI tools into the Revenue Analytics workflow to improve team output and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data science and/or consulting with a strong focus on turning business problems into data-driven impact.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and GitHub.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting data insights to audiences of all backgrounds.
  • Experience with new AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, with eagerness to learn and apply them to improve efficiency.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to think beyond the revenue organization in support of the broader business.
  • Empathetic, humble, and collaborative team player.
  • Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Must be located within the continental United States.
