Description

Independently lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous business questions to drive revenue initiatives and recommendations.
Own and develop strategies to maximize revenue and improve client acquisition across the revenue waterfall.
Lead quantitative analysis work such as simulation models, A/B testing, and causal impact analysis.
Present analytical insights and strategic recommendations to leadership on a regular basis.
Own, refine, and improve data pipelines, data structures, and tracking methodologies to uncover revenue opportunities.
Synthesize input from Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Risk to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
Set the standard for analytical thinking and excellence within the team.
Embed AI tools into the Revenue Analytics workflow to improve team output and efficiency.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data science and/or consulting with a strong focus on turning business problems into data-driven impact.
Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and GitHub.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting data insights to audiences of all backgrounds.
Experience with new AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, with eagerness to learn and apply them to improve efficiency.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to think beyond the revenue organization in support of the broader business.
Empathetic, humble, and collaborative team player.
Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
Must be located within the continental United States.
