Description

  • Independently lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous questions to influence and implement revenue-driving initiatives and recommendations.
  • Identify, own, and test innovative strategies to maximize revenue and enhance client acquisition across the entire revenue waterfall.
  • Develop and improve quantitative analysis techniques (simulation models, A/B testing, causal impact analysis) and use results to inform strategic direction and leadership decisions.
  • Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and diverse stakeholder audiences on a regular basis.
  • Own, refine, and improve data pipelines, define data structures, and implement advanced tracking methodologies to surface revenue opportunities.
  • Synthesize information from Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Risk to identify growth and expansion opportunities that impact the company’s bottom line.
  • Set and model high standards for analytical thinking, rigor, and execution across the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data science and/or consulting with emphasis on translating business problems into data-driven impact.
  • Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and GitHub.
  • Experience with causal inference and experimentation methods (e.g., simulation models, causal impact analysis, A/B testing).
  • Experience building or improving data pipelines and defining data schemas/tracking for analytics use cases.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting complex analysis to mixed audiences.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to prioritize the company’s broader business needs beyond the revenue organization.
  • Empathetic, humble, collaborative team player.
  • Candidates must be located within the continental United States.
