Description

Design IT operating models across Business, Product, Architecture, Delivery, and Operations.
Define team topologies, responsibility boundaries, decision-making processes, and function interfaces.
Lead Target Architecture Landscape initiatives end to end, including capability mapping and application analysis.
Use the Gartner TIME model to assess applications, reduce complexity, and plan modernization roadmaps.
Build target architectures and drive application portfolio TCO optimization.
Advise clients on practical AI opportunities, integration approaches, data readiness, and ROI measurement.
Analyze IT investment ROI and prioritize initiatives using cost, outcome, and risk models.
Review engineering organization effectiveness by diagnosing delivery bottlenecks and proposing remediation plans.
Support client decision-making on modernization and transformation as a strategic sparring partner.
Work with management teams to implement recommended organizational and technical changes.

Requirements

Experience with software delivery across multiple organizations, scales, and maturity levels.
Commercial coding experience sufficient to discuss technical details confidently with architects and developers.
Ability to think architecturally across systems, integrations, data, domain boundaries, scalability, trade-offs, and operational cost.
Understanding of how organizational structure, operating models, and ways of working constrain technology outcomes.
Ability to communicate effectively with both senior executives and technical teams, adjusting depth and language appropriately.
Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging trends, with the ability to distinguish value from hype.
Natural ability to evaluate ROI and make financially grounded judgments.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership orientation, with the ability to turn ambiguity into an executable plan.
Polish native speaker with business-professional English.
Preferred: experience learning from past failures as an architect or leader.
Preferred: experience conducting audits, assessments, or architecture reviews for external clients.
Preferred: experience with P&L, IT budget, or initiative portfolio prioritization.
Preferred: appreciation for well-written documents as a tool for decision-making, rather than relying on PowerPoint alone.
