Description

  • Partner with executives to design short- and long-term business plans, refine business models, and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align goals and drive initiatives.
  • Conduct financial analyses, business valuations, and profitability assessments to support strategic decisions.
  • Establish KPIs to measure progress and recommend pivots based on performance data.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that improve revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Support strategy execution from concept through implementation across international markets.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a consulting firm or a SaaS corporate sales strategy function.
  • Strong quantitative skills and financial modeling experience.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to operate at both a high-level and in the details.
  • Solid understanding of the technology market, enterprise software, and SaaS dynamics.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn, even without having all the answers yet.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top business school is a plus.
