Description

  • Develop, configure, and support technical solutions for Charles River IMS (CRIMS/OMS) upgrade and implementation projects.
  • Design and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, ETL tools, messaging platforms, and database technologies.
  • Support batch processing, scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and dependency management across enterprise environments.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues across applications, integrations, databases, and data transformation processes.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to deliver end-to-end implementations.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing or supporting Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or other Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Strong programming experience with Java or C#.
  • Experience working with XML, XSLT, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience developing integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, ETL tools such as Kettle or Talend, and messaging platforms such as MQ or Kafka.
  • Experience supporting batch processing, scheduling tools such as Tidal, and enterprise job monitoring.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across applications, integrations, and data layers.
  • Experience supporting Charles River IMS (CRIMS/OMS) implementations or upgrade programs.
  • Understanding of investment management operations and trading workflows.
  • Experience working within Financial Services or Capital Markets environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise application integrations and data migration best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced delivery environments.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
  • Experience with Charles River SaaS upgrade programs (nice to have).
  • Exposure to enterprise messaging platforms and distributed integration architectures (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting global delivery teams across multiple regions (nice to have).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (nice to have).
  • Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English level.
