Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS upgrade projects across scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Develop project plans, manage resources, and track risks and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing governance, status reporting, proactive communication, and executive updates.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to coordinate readiness, testing, validation, and production deployments.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while aligning client expectations with internal delivery teams.
  • Oversee project governance, financial tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement for SaaS delivery methodologies.
  • Promote best practices, standardized delivery processes, and knowledge sharing across the project management organization.

Requirements

  • Senior-level project management experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations or upgrade programs.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through production deployment.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in fast-paced delivery environments.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating technical teams including Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations.
  • Financial Services, Investment Management, or Capital Markets experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office investment management platforms is highly desirable.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a nice to have.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline is a nice to have.
  • Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English level.
