Description

  • Partner directly with senior VPs to improve executive operations and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement operational structures that optimize leaders’ time, focus, and output.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams such as Finance, People, and Legal.
  • Build custom AI prompts and automation scripts to handle scheduling, communications, and logistical data.
  • Serve as the DRI for major corporate programs, culture initiatives, and global team offsites.
  • Manage end-to-end execution and budget oversight for high-stakes initiatives.
  • Establish best practices and support the wider administrative partner community.
  • Translate manual operational bottlenecks into scalable, automated workflows.
  • Represent leadership in high-pressure or external-facing situations when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct executive business partnership or corporate program management experience in a fast-moving technology or international corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with direct, high-candid leadership styles and adapt to feedback.
  • Demonstrable experience using LLMs such as Gemini and workflow automation to optimize executive schedules, track statuses, and summarize business data.
  • Strong understanding of corporate procurement, expense management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, multi-department culture projects alongside high-touch daily executive support.
  • Experience mapping manual operational bottlenecks in a matrixed engineering organization and converting them into automated workflows.
  • Ability to audit AI-generated output for tone, hallucinations, and formatting issues before executive review.
  • Experience building enterprise-grade automation loops or scalable playbooks is a plus.
  • Experience serving as an executive surrogate in high-pressure or external-facing environments is a differentiator.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $117,600 to $166,600 USD.
  • Eligible for bonus compensation.
  • Eligible for equity.
