Description

  • Support product demos, installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for field units.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while assessing needs and resolving concerns.
  • Train customer employees and security staff on product use and operation.
  • Complete service reports and required administrative tasks, including expenses, work orders, and RMAs.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned work orders on schedule.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, management, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Participate in special event support activities at strategic locations such as sports stadiums and large venues.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new personnel and third-party service providers.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites and adapt to nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Requirements

  • Experience or ability to learn technical training on products, tools, equipment, and software used in the field.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software components of technical products.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Ability to maintain, repair, and upgrade equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Competence in performing scheduled software maintenance and upgrades.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to train customers and security staff effectively.
  • Experience managing time and completing administrative tasks such as expenses, work orders, and RMAs.
  • Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
