Description

  • Build a complex multi-tenant enterprise SaaS application to improve application workflows.
  • Build and maintain backend REST services that support machine learning data and business intelligence.
  • Own the full lifecycle of designing, building, and launching enterprise applications.
  • Work on greenfield projects with a high degree of ownership.
  • Collaborate directly with product, data science, UX, and end users.
  • Shape product direction through technology choices and roadmap input.
  • Introduce best practices, drive consistency across teams, and help prioritize features.
  • Support business-focused engineering work using large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering experience.
  • Expert-level Python development experience.
  • Strong systems design experience.
  • Relational database experience.
  • Proven experience using AI or agentic tools to streamline development efforts.
  • Experience designing, building, and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios.
  • Ability to move between rapid prototyping and stable production development.
  • Ability to write technical design documents and perform code reviews.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working through the full feature development lifecycle, including scope definition and database schema design.
  • Preferred: ability to understand client business problems and demonstrate business impact of technical solutions.
  • Preferred: self-starter mindset, strong collaboration skills, and openness to critical feedback.
