Description

  • Serve as the strategic partner and liaison between Evio and health plan customers across the Evio Insights product lifecycle.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer priorities, information gaps, local market dynamics, and customer-PBM dynamics to shape research ideas.
  • Translate customer needs and priorities into real-world evidence (RWE) projects with the product team.
  • Collaborate with the research team to ensure study outputs align with customer needs and generate practical insights.
  • Review project components and gather customer feedback to refine deliverables.
  • Own customer-level operationalization strategy and execution, including customer-specific implementation plans.
  • Guide customers through adoption of Evio Insights recommendations and help solve market- and plan-specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with research and analytics teams to evaluate the impact of adoption.
  • Lead customer best-practice sharing through user forums and other engagement opportunities.
  • Track and report on adoption, implementation reasons, barriers to adoption, and value created from adoption.
  • Contribute customer perspectives to continuous improvement of Evio Insights.
  • Partner with the pharmaceutical contracting team to apply RWE insights to contracting strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) with residency, or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
  • Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in at least one state.
  • 8+ years of health plan pharmacy and medical benefit experience.
  • Deep current expertise in pharmacy and medical benefit design and management.
  • Experience with evidence-based formulary, medical policy, and utilization management (UM) development and implementation.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical contracting such as rebates and warranties related to formularies, medical policies, and UM.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) operations.
  • Strong clinical evidence appraisal skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal teammates, external customers, and stakeholders.
  • Founders’ mentality, with initiative and comfort moving ideas forward without heavy guidance.
  • Consensus-building approach that can inspire customer buy-in and drive solutions.
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to prioritize, independently solve problems, and see projects through to completion.
  • Strong implementation and communication skills, including writing clear implementation plans and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Customer empathy and prior experience understanding health plan challenges.

  • Anticipated annual base pay of $175,000 to $200,000.
  • Additional variable compensation opportunities.
