Description

  • Represent Everyday Dose at community activations, pop-ups, street team initiatives, and wellness events.
  • Batch and serve Everyday Dose hot or iced samples to guests.
  • Communicate the brand story, ingredient profile, and benefits of functional coffee to event attendees.
  • Answer questions and guide conversations about health and wellness with warmth and curiosity.
  • Set up, execute, and break down event stations in collaboration with event leadership.
  • Observe guest reactions, collect local market insights, and share event feedback and trend observations.
  • Build relationships with local organizations, student groups, influencers, and venues to expand brand presence.
  • Assist with planning and executing creative community activations aligned with the brand mission.
  • Use strategic sampling and positioning to drive curiosity and trial of the product.
  • Complete post-event reports and provide thoughtful reflections to improve future activations.

  • Ability to stay energetic, confident, and authentic in fast-paced event environments.
  • Interest in health, wellness, and better-for-you products.
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to follow direction and take initiative.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent communicator.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to help make things happen.
  • Community-connected with awareness of local events, organizations, and networks.
  • Strong in-person communication skills and comfort sharing the brand story digitally.
  • Social media savvy, or at least comfortable promoting the brand online.
  • Preferred experience in retail, fitness, events, food service, or with other CPG brands.
