Description

  • Direct, develop, and execute comprehensive access marketing strategy for pipeline and inline assets.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative research, market landscapes, analytics, and congress/media trends to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop stakeholder personas, strategy maps, brand plans, positioning, brand identity strategy, creative briefs, and messaging strategy.
  • Design and execute access marketing solutions, tactics, and activations that improve brand and access performance.
  • Lead workshops, training meetings, launch meetings, and other client-facing strategic events.
  • Provide strategic counsel in internal and client meetings on emerging access-related trends.
  • Lead strategic planning across multiple brands and integrated accounts with advanced autonomy.
  • Translate insights and strategy into actionable project briefs in partnership with the team.
  • Contribute to RFPs, capabilities, organic growth initiatives, and new business development opportunities.
  • Support thought leadership through POVs, podcasts, webinars, and market access trend monitoring.
  • Collaborate across Advisory, Marketing, account, medical, and creative teams to ensure aligned strategy delivery.
  • Mentor, coach, and potentially manage direct reports to support strategy team development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MPH).
  • 7-10 years of market access strategy or related experience required.
  • 3-5 years of agency experience required.
  • Market access agency and/or industry experience required.
  • Advanced understanding of market access marketing, strategies, and trends.
  • Advanced working knowledge of market access-related research tools, agency offerings, services, products, and solutions.
  • Proven success building and launching market access strategies and tactical plans.
  • Ability to translate Advisory subject matter expertise into Marketing brand/access strategy.
  • Strong persuasive storytelling, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort with public speaking and use of AI platforms to enhance brand strategy needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
  • Management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with payers, health systems, pharma direct, or similar related areas is preferred.
