Description

Manage day-to-day client accounts across multiple Amazon brands.
Execute strategies that drive sales and improve brand performance.
Serve as a trusted client partner through relationship management and communication.
Coordinate with PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management teams to implement client strategies.
Ensure exceptional service delivery and operational execution across accounts.
Monitor performance and support optimization efforts across assigned brands.
Participate in internal “husks” for team development, collaboration, and learning.
Mentor and support the broader team through weekly upskilling sessions, if in a senior Brand Manager capacity.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or eCommerce leadership roles.
Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
Strong leadership skills, including experience managing teams across different functions and geographies.
Knowledge of Amazon operations, including PPC, SEO, catalog, design, and merchandising.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in task management, reporting, and workflow.
Strong communication and presentation skills for both clients and internal teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-facing environment.
Familiarity with project and task management platforms such as ClickUp.
