Description

  • Manage day-to-day client accounts across multiple Amazon brands.
  • Execute strategies that drive sales and improve brand performance.
  • Serve as a trusted client partner through relationship management and communication.
  • Coordinate with PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management teams to implement client strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and operational execution across accounts.
  • Monitor performance and support optimization efforts across assigned brands.
  • Participate in internal “husks” for team development, collaboration, and learning.
  • Mentor and support the broader team through weekly upskilling sessions, if in a senior Brand Manager capacity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or eCommerce leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience managing teams across different functions and geographies.
  • Knowledge of Amazon operations, including PPC, SEO, catalog, design, and merchandising.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in task management, reporting, and workflow.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with project and task management platforms such as ClickUp.
