Description

  • Build and execute full-funnel influencer marketing programs aligned with brand goals and cultural moments.
  • Own campaign planning from ideation and creative briefing through deliverables, timelines, and performance targets.
  • Identify, vet, and secure creators who align with the Everyday Dose mission and brand vibe.
  • Manage creator outreach, pitching, relationship building, and ongoing partnership development.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables in collaboration with legal and operations teams.
  • Coordinate product seeding and gifting logistics to support timely delivery and strong unboxing experiences.
  • Review and approve creator content to ensure brand alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Track campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, ROI, and audience sentiment, then optimize future campaigns.
  • Grow and manage a creator ecosystem spanning nano-influencers, superfans, macro partners, and industry experts.
  • Support co-branded campaigns, influencer activations, and event integrations across brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in brand influencer marketing, communications strategy, or partnerships, especially in CPG.
  • Experience managing the full creator lifecycle, including seeding, UGC, paid partnerships, and brand ambassadorships.
  • Strong content judgment with a sharp eye for quality and what performs across platforms.
  • Highly organized, deeply collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in creator and influencer trends, platforms, and emerging voices.
  • Creative thinker who is also comfortable handling operational execution and backend coordination.
  • Preferred experience launching ambassador programs or creator community platforms.
  • Preferred background in brand partnerships or event marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with campaign reporting tools.
  • Experience managing influencer budgets and performance attribution is a bonus.
