Description

  • Make software architecture decisions within established architectural frameworks, addressing performance, security, and stability requirements.
  • Advise ITZBund and oversee implementation, integration, and testing concepts for the software architecture.
  • Define requirements for external software products.
  • Communicate and coordinate architecture decisions with stakeholders and ITZBund.
  • Coordinate software architecture designs with the client.
  • Advise ITZBund specialist departments and design teams on technical requirements, effort, and complexity drivers.
  • Continuously improve development architecture and processes.
  • Prepare and present information and decision-making documents.
  • Organize and ensure knowledge transfer to employees.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of demonstrable practical experience.
  • Expert-level experience as an architect in enterprise projects.
  • Expert knowledge of Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
  • Expert knowledge of service-oriented and microservice architectures.
  • Expert knowledge of service composition and process orchestration.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, or equivalent cloud technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Docker or equivalent container virtualization technologies.
  • Expertise managing complex projects with many components and configurations.
  • Expertise with Maven, NPM, or equivalent dependency-management tools.
  • Expertise with Git or equivalent version-control systems.
  • Expert knowledge of Apache Tomcat and distributed infrastructure components, including geo-redundancy.
  • Based in Germany.
  • Fluent spoken and written German at C2 level, with sufficient English proficiency.
