Description

  • Handle Service Desk calls and support end users with incident resolution.
  • Create, manage, and automate tickets in ServiceNow.
  • Automate ticket creation and workflow management to improve service delivery.
  • Handle incoming calls and task management through ServiceNow.
  • Produce reporting activities related to service delivery.
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and user manuals for support processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant IT work experience.
  • Excellent experience with IT user support.
  • Excellent experience with ServiceNow, including opening, forwarding, and resolving tickets.
  • Excellent experience with Confluence and Jira.
  • Experience with service delivery activities and reporting.
  • Excellent experience creating support documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
  • Experience with backup and restore and system administration in Linux/Windows.
  • Good knowledge of cloud environments and deployments, preferably AWS (asset).
  • Experience with task automation and DevOps (asset).
  • Excellent command of English.
