Description

  • Participate in the design and implementation of advanced web-based applications.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain large-scale applications.
  • Collaborate effectively with the project team to deliver work successfully.
  • Adhere to software quality requirements throughout development and maintenance.
  • Draft technical documentation for applications and related work.
  • Contribute to challenging projects for public-sector clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent working experience.
  • Enthusiasm for programming and knowledge of Java.
  • Quality-oriented and team-oriented mindset.
  • English and German language skills.
  • Basic knowledge of German and willingness to improve is desirable.
  • Experience in Java is preferred.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular is preferred.
  • Experience with web services such as REST or SOAP is preferred.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, object-relational mapping such as Hibernate, XML, and/or databases such as SQL is preferred.
