Description

  • Develop a strong understanding of company projects, procedures, technologies, and capabilities.
  • Review tender specifications, identify inconsistencies or difficulties, and prepare clarification questions.
  • Coordinate inputs from technical teams, legal services, and other stakeholders.
  • Translate and adapt collected inputs into German for tender documentation.
  • Write, review, and finalize tender documents.
  • Ensure tender submissions are complete and ready on time.
  • Submit tenders after final review.
  • Manage the tender process from specification analysis through submission.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken German at native or C2 level.
  • English proficiency at least at C1 level.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in presales, project management, software development, IT consulting, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT terminology is preferred.
  • Knowledge of other languages, especially French and/or Greek, is preferred.
  • Ability to work from any company office or fully remotely, preferably within the EU.
