Description

  • Perform requirements analysis across the full project lifecycle from a business perspective.
  • Conduct hands-on software testing.
  • Prepare project and user documentation.
  • Provide end-user training and helpdesk support for e-Government applications.
  • Communicate with clients in French.
  • Assist with project coordination and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with client and development teams on project execution.

Requirements

  • University degree in an Information Technology discipline.
  • Professional working knowledge of both English and French.
  • Professional experience in requirement analysis, software testing, or application support.
  • Strong analytical thinking with good presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience in software implementation and maintenance projects is relevant.
  • Ability to work from Athens or remotely.
  • Experience in public-sector or e-Government applications is a plus.
