Description

Perform requirements analysis across the full project lifecycle from a business perspective.
Conduct hands-on software testing.
Prepare project and user documentation.
Provide end-user training and helpdesk support for e-Government applications.
Communicate with clients in French.
Assist with project coordination and delivery.
Collaborate closely with client and development teams on project execution.

Requirements

University degree in an Information Technology discipline.
Professional working knowledge of both English and French.
Professional experience in requirement analysis, software testing, or application support.
Strong analytical thinking with good presentation skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
Experience in software implementation and maintenance projects is relevant.
Ability to work from Athens or remotely.
Experience in public-sector or e-Government applications is a plus.
