Description

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Skylight platform.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization.
  • Drive product enhancements that improve customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies to shape future product capabilities.
  • Translate business, customer, and regulatory requirements into actionable product requirements for engineering teams.
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Serve as a product and compliance subject matter expert in client meetings, product demonstrations, industry events, and thought leadership activities.
  • Support enterprise sales efforts through product positioning, roadmap discussions, and solution presentations.
  • Lead and mentor product team members and help mature product management practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, compliance technology, financial crime, risk management, or financial services.
  • Experience leading regulated software products from concept through production.
  • Strong understanding of AML, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, SAR/CTR reporting, and financial crime compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive and client-facing interactions.
  • AML/BSA expertise, including FinCEN regulations, SAR/CTR filing, transaction monitoring, and case management workflows, is preferred.
  • Experience with banking compliance technology, risk management platforms, or RegTech solutions is preferred.
  • AI/ML product experience, particularly within regulated and audit-sensitive environments, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of fintech, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), and payments ecosystems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and working with compliance, risk, and operations leaders is preferred.
  • Experience managing products subject to regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance oversight is preferred.
