Description

  • Build consumer experiences that reach millions of online insurance shoppers and deliver measurable impact.
  • Own the user experience across the full funnel, from onboarding through application completion and purchase.
  • Use consumer insights and data to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Educate consumers about life insurance and guide them toward the right type and level of coverage.
  • Reduce friction in the application flow and motivate users to complete the process.
  • Launch new insurance products, including Indexed Universal Life and Whole Life, to market.
  • Build an end-to-end experience centered on accessibility, simplicity, and delight.
  • Operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy as a product leader.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design stakeholders to create product experiences.
  • Generate, test, and refine product hypotheses using data, user insights, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total experience in the technology industry.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience building products that touch millions of consumers.
  • Strong analytical orientation and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Experience performing basic self-serve analytics using SQL and Amplitude is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging product analytics for complex analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to transform ideas into actionable plans and user-resonant designs.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and feedback-driven iteration.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and design stakeholders.
  • Track record of solving hard customer problems and driving business growth.
  • Ability to set ambitious goals, prioritize effectively, overcome obstacles, and execute well.
  • Remote candidates may be considered, with major stakeholders based in the San Francisco office.

Benefits

  • US national base salary range of $147,000 - $293,000.
  • Base salary may be adjusted based on work location, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • Eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits in addition to base salary.
  • Remote candidates may be considered.
