Description

  • Own end-to-end launch strategy and execution for life insurance products across product, legal, compliance, actuarial, and distribution teams.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies including segmentation, positioning, channel strategy, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory requirements while remaining clear and effective.
  • Build enablement programs for enterprise partners, agents, and sales teams, including playbooks, training materials, and objection-handling guides.
  • Translate complex products and policy language into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Lead analysis of customer needs, distribution trends, and regulatory shifts to inform marketing and product strategy.
  • Align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Legal, Actuarial, Compliance, and Creative.
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements to increase speed and quality of execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with significant time on complex or highly regulated products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional product launches with legal and compliance review.
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, messaging frameworks, and positioning for products with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience building and enabling broker, agent, or enterprise distribution channels is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability to make complex products accessible without oversimplifying.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market and performance data into actionable strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead and align diverse cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, research, and campaign execution.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $125,000 to $221,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for bonus, equity, and benefits in addition to base salary.
  • Remote work designation (#LI-Remote).
