Description

  • Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Educate customers on Ethos' products and processes.
  • Uncover customer needs through discovery and position Ethos' value accordingly.
  • Build relationships and instill trust to drive monthly and quarterly conversion targets.
  • Partner with colleagues in sales, marketing, customer experience, and product to execute team and company goals.
  • Manage a pipeline of customers and follow up through the application and purchasing process.
  • Iterate and improve workflows and outreach strategies.
  • Drive referral activity by creating positive customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in life insurance telesales.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software.
  • Strong sales track record with the ability to overcome customer objections.
  • Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to identify customer friction points and develop solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including a strong phone presence.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Benefits

  • US national on-target earnings (OTE) range of $70,000 - $200,000.
  • W-2 hourly base pay plus commissions.
