Description

  • Define ICPs, value propositions, positioning, messaging, and packaging across product lines.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate and optimize pricing models and product tiers.
  • Work closely with Product to understand roadmap priorities and shape launch strategy early.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Create launch and marketing assets including pitch decks, one-sheets, product pages, explainer videos, and messaging templates.
  • Host product webinars and present new features directly to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Manager on post-sale expansion strategies.
  • Use AI tools and lightweight prototyping to quickly build pages, workflows, and interactive assets.
  • Serve as the voice of GTM within Product and the voice of Product within Marketing and the broader Commercial team.

Requirements

  • Senior or Lead-level experience marketing complex B2B SaaS products and features.
  • Strong ability to translate technical product details into clear, customer-facing copy.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-velocity environments with shifting roadmaps.
  • Hands-on, player-coach mindset with willingness to execute tactical marketing work.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • AI-forward workflow and comfort using AI tools for messaging, automation, and prototyping.
  • Ability to proactively engage product and engineering leads to synthesize roadmap details.
  • Curiosity and a strong sense of humor.
  • Must be based in the United States.
