Description

  • Review and optimize existing Qualtrics configurations and platform architecture.
  • Advise on workflow automation, scalability, and resilient implementation patterns.
  • Ensure survey lifecycle controls and governance practices align with federal compliance expectations.
  • Identify architectural risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support integration between Qualtrics and AWS environments, DoD systems, and enterprise analytics platforms such as Advana.
  • Validate structured data exports, timestamp integrity, data traceability, and duplication controls.
  • Provide periodic platform health assessments and recommend configuration standards and documentation practices.
  • Support transition away from fragile or manual workflows and help establish redundant, sustainable architecture.
  • Serve as an escalation-level SME for complex technical issues and provide implementation roadmaps and risk assessments.
  • Support internal team upskilling, knowledge transfer, and coordination with government technical stakeholders when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Qualtrics implementation experience, with enterprise-level deployments preferred.
  • Deep expertise in workflows and automation, distribution logic and lifecycle controls, embedded data architecture, API integrations, and enterprise data exports.
  • Experience integrating Qualtrics with AWS environments, including S3, secure transfer, and data pipelines.
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal programs.
  • Strong understanding of structured data design and database alignment.
  • Ability to diagnose configuration failures and systemic process gaps.
  • Direct experience supporting DoD survey or analytics programs is preferred.
  • Experience interfacing with Advana or similar DoD enterprise analytics environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IL4/IL5 security environments is preferred.
  • Qualtrics Certified Expert or Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Must be available to support Government business hours in CST.
  • Part-time consultant engagement on an ongoing, as-needed basis.
