Description

Oversee research, development, and implementation of ML bot systems.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to use generative AI across the production pipeline.
Gather AI-related ideas and needs from teams and turn them into actionable plans.
Drive execution of approved AI initiatives, prototypes, and workflow improvements.
Explore and prototype local models trained on internal data.
Develop guidelines and best practices for agentic AI systems.
Educate directors and teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and practical usage.
Monitor emerging AI models, tools, and industry trends.
Explain the strengths, weaknesses, and applicability of major AI models to stakeholders.

Requirements

Previously held an AI/ML Lead, Manager, or equivalent position.
Strong experience with Python and C++.
Strong expertise with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Solid knowledge of AI/ML theory, algorithms, and system design.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative, mentoring-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems.
Up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI models, tools, and industry trends.
Ability to understand and clearly explain major AI models and their tradeoffs.
Game development experience is a plus, but not required.
