Description

  • Support the monthly management reporting close by cleansing, validating, and consolidating data from ERP, procurement, and cross-functional sources.
  • Own procure-to-pay monitoring for assigned entities, including tracking requests and payments and resolving issues.
  • Ensure complete audit, tax, and reporting documentation through compliance checks on contract terms, allocations, and classifications.
  • Maintain financial data integrity across complex Google Sheets models for the Finance team.
  • Build leadership-ready reports and presentations, including dashboards, clear takeaways, and PowerPoint storytelling.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to collect timely inputs for short-term forecasting cycles.
  • Prepare supporting calculations such as intercompany charges and incorporate them into reporting and forecasting.
  • Identify data pain points and help implement scalable process improvements to raise data quality and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or financial controlling.
  • Solid understanding of core financial statements: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow under IFRS.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is required; procurement software experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including complex tables, models, and large datasets.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for creating executive-level decks, charts, and structured narratives; basic Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Basic understanding of financial documentation such as invoices, contracts, and closing documents.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across the business.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
  • Proactive mindset with an interest in improving and streamlining finance processes.
