Description

  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
  • Build and maintain models covering revenue, customer acquisition, LTV/CAC, margins, and cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packs with variance analysis.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to assess campaign and promotion ROI.
  • Track acquisition, retention, and monetization KPIs.
  • Support board and shareholder reporting.
  • Assist with financial due diligence, integration planning, and migration into YSI’s financial systems.
  • Develop standalone and consolidated models, dashboards, KPI tracking, and cost allocation frameworks for the new brand.
  • Conduct scenario modeling, stress testing, investment analysis, and capital allocation support using Looker Studio and Tableau.
  • Identify improvements to finance and reporting processes and monitor post-integration performance against business case assumptions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth digital businesses.
  • Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills; BI tool experience preferred.
  • Experience in digital, gaming, iGaming, social, subscription, or performance marketing businesses is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of SaaS-style metrics, including LTV, CAC, ARPU, and cohort analysis.
  • Experience with M&A, integrations, or new market launches is preferred.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification, either qualified or part-qualified, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling business.
