Description

  • Design and maintain test plans and test cases from product specs and acceptance criteria across web and mobile.
  • Execute manual functional, exploratory, and regression testing across web and mobile, including cross-browser and cross-device coverage on real iOS and Android devices.
  • Own release verification by running smoke and sanity checks and providing QA sign-off before releases ship.
  • Write clear, reproducible bug reports and drive defect triage and closure with engineers.
  • Strengthen and expand automated testing coverage for UI/end-to-end and API tests as features change.
  • Partner with product and engineering throughout feature development to catch issues early.
  • Track and report QA coverage, defect trends, and release-quality signals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a QA or software-testing role, including hands-on manual test planning and execution.
  • Experience testing native mobile apps on real iOS and Android devices.
  • Experience with structured bug reporting and defect triage in an issue tracker such as Jira.
  • Experience building automated UI/end-to-end and API tests with a modern framework such as Playwright or Cypress.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership over quality.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with running tests in CI, such as Jenkins (preferred).
  • Prior QA experience with consumer web or mobile applications (preferred).
  • Basic SQL for data verification (preferred).
  • Experience with test-management tooling such as TestRail or Zephyr (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Verilix for automated regression orchestration (preferred).
  • Familiarity with accessibility testing against WCAG (preferred).
