Description

Define and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, performance, and static testing.
Design complex test scenarios using established test design techniques and a strong understanding of the SDLC.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, clients, and other stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identify and drive improvements in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test scripts, test results, and issue resolution.
Use Excel to analyze and report on testing metrics, including advanced spreadsheet functions.
Take ownership of the quality and testing of major modules or projects.
Provide critical feedback on software quality and areas for improvement.
Mentor junior team members and support quality initiatives across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
At least 1 year of experience in test automation.
Strong ability to understand data relationships and perform data manipulation using advanced spreadsheet functions.
Experience with Jira for documentation and issue tracking.
Experience with Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
Experience with Excel for reporting, including advanced functions.
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio for backend data validation.
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
