Description

  • Lead product activation through launch readiness, pilots, beta programs, targeted adoption initiatives, and sustained usage.
  • Develop advisor value propositions, positioning, messaging, use cases, demonstrations, and training materials.
  • Engage financial advisors, planners, portfolio managers, and field leaders to assess performance and identify adoption barriers.
  • Build a Voice of Customer pipeline that converts feedback, usage patterns, and unmet needs into actionable themes.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Training, and business teams to inform improvements, roadmap priorities, and new concepts.
  • Lead discovery, business case development, cross-functional execution, and iteration for selected priority initiatives.
  • Define and monitor engagement, usage, satisfaction, and business-impact metrics, leading improvements when needed.
  • Create scalable activation playbooks covering launch planning, champion networks, communications, and enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience driving product or program adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in product marketing, go-to-market, field enablement, customer success, Voice of Customer, product management, consulting, or a startup environment.
  • Strong customer and analytical judgment, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative signals.
  • Ability to identify root problems, prioritize opportunities, test assumptions, and balance speed with rigor.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills for explaining complex products to advisors and senior leaders.
  • High agency and comfort with ambiguity, including the ability to create structure and move initiatives forward without direct authority.
  • Wealth management or fintech experience preferred.
  • Curiosity, versatility, and the ability to learn quickly.
