Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to build a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring teams.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Help ensure a seamless recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
