Description

  • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, process optimisation, and repair for large-scale industrial water treatment systems.
  • Carry out electrical diagnostics and ladder logic fault finding to resolve system issues.
  • Ensure contractual service obligations are met and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver training to field staff and customers on service procedures and system operation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Hold regular customer meetings to support lifecycle service needs and account development.
  • Promote new technologies and rental assets to customers and prospects.
  • Support scoping, costing, contract finalisation, and proposal development.
  • Assist with commercial negotiations and ensure remedial works are quoted to protect uptime and account value.
  • Provide input on market trends, growth opportunities, and marketing activities such as trade shows and seminars.

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade 5 or above, or equivalent.
  • Engineering qualification at ONC level or higher is desirable.
  • Proven experience servicing and optimising large-scale industrial water treatment systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of RO, ion exchange, filtration, and related technologies.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and account management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive health and safety mindset.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and administrative reporting.
  • Ability to travel frequently, often at short notice.
