Description

  • Distill scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational inputs into clear insights and recommendations for the C-suite.
  • Own end-to-end program execution by removing blockers, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and tracking CRO partnerships and dashboards.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Asset Entrepreneur by anticipating inflection points and modeling scenarios.
  • Help determine when to accelerate, pivot, or pause the program based on decision analyses.
  • Prepare Board updates, investor materials, and business development discussions with concise, decision-focused analysis and slides.
  • Partner with clinical, translational, regulatory, and CMC experts to integrate science and execution.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to organize complexity, accelerate workflows, and improve decision-making.
  • Document benchmarks, best practices, and lessons learned to build Enveda’s institutional intelligence.

Requirements

  • Background in biotech or pharma program management, asset strategy, management consulting, or operations.
  • Fluent with AI and digital tools and able to use them as multipliers of judgment.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information across disciplines into clear, data-driven strategic options.
  • Bias for action with excellent communication skills, including slide creation and decision-facilitation.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and move between strategic vision and tactical execution.
  • Emotionally intelligent, humble, and collaborative, with an influence-based leadership style.
  • Open to candidates who do not meet every listed requirement.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or clinical development environment is implied by the role context.
