Description

  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and business challenges.
  • Present product features and explain how Entrata’s solutions address customer needs.
  • Answer customer questions about products and offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams and functions to support the sales process.
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through ongoing follow-up.
  • Participate in local and regional travel, apartment associations, and relevant trade shows and events.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology or software sales, including SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Strong social intelligence and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Preferred: experience selling CRM software, knowledge of property management software, experience working with a remote team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, existing relationships in the property management industry, familiarity with current property management technology trends, or multilingual proficiency.

  • $105,000 - $135,000 base salary range.
  • Commission eligibility in addition to base salary.
