Description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting via telephone, ticket, and chat.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in core technologies and at least one additional technology specialty.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and stakeholders in both verbal and written formats.
  • Actively listen, ask relevant questions, and guide customers through issue resolution.
  • Own each assigned incident from initial report through resolution, including follow-up communication.
  • Educate customers on Entrata’s software and products.
  • Drive root-cause correction and help prevent issue recurrence, not just symptom relief.
  • Identify, document, and report software, design, reliability, and maintenance issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Participate in team and department meetings.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role supporting enterprise-level B2B customers.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex, high-pressure, multi-platform environments.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change, think on your feet, and work proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to capture detailed notes during conversations.
  • Proven passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Experience creating, using, and updating knowledge base resources (preferred).
  • Industry experience in property management or property management-related software (preferred).
  • Bilingual ability (preferred).
