Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, calls, messages, and CRM records in English and Mandarin.
  • Prepare and review estimates, product details, pricing, and glass or order information.
  • Send invoices, collect deposits, and follow up with customers.
  • Coordinate customer approvals and scheduling.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven B2C or B2B customer service experience.
  • English and Mandarin communication skills at least at the B2 level, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity using CRM, VoIP, cloud services, and desktop-sharing tools.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive and confident approach to customer service.
  • USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Primary internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
