Description

  • Lead client engagements from initial technical scoping through hands-on implementation of AWS environments.
  • Lead design workshops and explain AWS product capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create solution design documentation and deliver technical presentations.
  • Scope projects and design solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Deploy, configure, and optimize AWS environments and solutions.
  • Support integration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-migration optimization of AWS solutions.
  • Provide technical governance, oversight, and peer review for client engagements and technical documentation.
  • Mentor and upskill team members while serving as a technical escalation point.
  • Lead server and application migration projects from private cloud or on-premises environments to AWS public cloud.
  • Contribute to internal innovation, product development, and new AWS capability building.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a senior consultant or team lead role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Expertise in AWS migration tools such as Application Migration Service, DMS, Migration Hub, and App2Container.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure as code and automation tools including CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and AWS Systems Manager.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native and modernization technologies including Lambda, EKS/ECS with Fargate, Docker, Helm, and AWS SAM.
  • Scripting and programming experience in Python, PowerShell, Bash, YAML, and JSON.
  • Experience with AWS governance and management tools including Control Tower, Organizations, IAM, KMS, Service Catalog, EventBridge, and Step Functions.
  • 7+ years in technology consulting leadership roles.
  • 4+ years in AWS technology planning and implementation with experience leading large-scale AWS projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • At least one professional-level AWS certification.
