Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned insurance clients and own the commercial relationship.
  • Build and expand executive, technical, and business relationships across client accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans, growth strategies, stakeholder maps, and executive sponsor programs.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth by expanding service portfolios and identifying whitespace opportunities.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet quota and revenue goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and targeted prospects.
  • Collaborate with service delivery, pricing, solutions engineering, advisory, and consulting teams to address client needs.
  • Monitor client health, satisfaction, and service delivery issues, and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with client and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and forecasting data in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated enterprise-scale solution selling experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment for insurance companies.
  • Demonstrated revenue growth experience within enterprises generating $2B-$15B in annual revenue.
  • Understanding of the managed services marketplace, including key players and competitive strengths and weaknesses.
  • Experience working in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Experience in managed services and consultancy sales preferred.
  • Demonstrated success navigating mid- and large-sized enterprises to create IT- and business-led opportunities.
  • Williness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Independent, self-directed, and resourceful under pressure.
  • Strong presentation, communication, management, and business skills.
  • Strong empathy, self-awareness, interpersonal skills, and curiosity about clients’ business objectives.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo.
