Description

  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned client accounts and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite.
  • Manage renewals and negotiate contracts with leadership support.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Solutions teams to align platform capabilities with client needs.
  • Develop account plans to forecast growth and reduce churn risk.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across business, IT, and operations.
  • Monitor platform adoption, usage analytics, and ROI metrics to improve client outcomes and renewal readiness.
  • Capture client feedback and advocate internally to influence roadmap priorities and user experience improvements.
  • Stay current on regulatory trends affecting the insurance and healthcare enrollment environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by connecting client business goals with technology solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS account management, renewals, or customer success, preferably in B2B enterprise software.
  • Experience in the health and life insurance industry, including carriers, distributors, FMOs, or agency operations.
  • Proven success managing renewals and expansion quotas using a consultative, data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Preferred experience with compliance, licensing, or data exchange software in the insurance ecosystem.
  • Preferred familiarity with health plan operations, broker distribution, or Medicare Advantage processes.
  • Comfort working in a startup or high-growth environment with a self-starter mindset and adaptability.
