Description

Build MarTech infrastructure that supports Growth by enriching first-party data and connecting it with ideal clients.
Own attribution infrastructure in partnership with Analytics and Product to improve measurement and reporting.
Improve Google Optimization Score and Meta EMQ score by feeding platforms full-funnel conversion data.
Define the events and audiences that flow into media platforms and the formats they use.
Audit existing AI experiments, remove ineffective efforts, and maintain a shared AI skill library for the team.
Build and document repeatable AI workflows for segmentation, creative briefs, channel optimization, reporting, and channel expansion.
Evaluate, onboard, and manage AI tools for performance marketing, including vendor relationships and team training.
Maintain the team’s AI systems over time as tools, models, and channels evolve.
Build measurement and signal architecture for new channels before launch, including the channel readiness checklist.
Own the unified performance dashboard for channel health, spend efficiency, and optimization signals.
Build automated alerts and anomaly detection to reduce manual reporting and free up time for strategy.
Partner across Growth and Ops on tooling overlap while owning AI and signal systems.

Requirements

7-10 years of experience in marketing technology, performance marketing, or growth engineering.
Hands-on experience implementing or managing complex marketing systems, CAPI, or similar signal infrastructure.
Functional comfort with APIs, no-code automation tools, and SQL.
Experience using AI tools in a marketing context and understanding how LLMs, automation, and data pipelines work together.
Experience working alongside or within a data or analytics team.
Strong systems-thinking ability to connect upstream data issues to downstream optimization outcomes.
Ability to translate fluently between marketing language and technical language.
Bias toward shipping practical tools and workflows that teams actually use.
Technical depth on signal and attribution is required; this is not a fit for a marketing generalist.
This is an individual contributor role, not a management role.
Experience with vendor evaluation and team enablement is preferred.

Benefits

Base salary range of $142,400 to $197,000 USD.
Competitive base pay tied to role and experience.
Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
Opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Hybrid-hub model with the option to work from an office or fully remote, depending on role needs.
