Description

  • Develop net-new opportunities through high outbound activity, including 40+ cold calls per day, and manage a book of named hotel accounts.
  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with hotels across a defined target list.
  • Educate hotel stakeholders on Engine’s value proposition through discovery, feature-benefit matching, and relationship building.
  • Secure competitive closed user group rates, direct hotel partnerships, and participation in Engine’s suite of hotel products.
  • Champion Engine’s PartnerHub platform and help hotels optimize their participation using advertising dollars and discounted rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Management, Product, and Account Management teams to support innovation and growth.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized pipeline and manage daily operations in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Transition newly secured hotel partnerships to the Account Management team for ongoing support and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in travel or hospitality.
  • Must have direct experience working with hotels.
  • Proven outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling track record.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation ability.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • High self-motivation, ownership, and accountability.
  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Outreach is preferred.
