Description

  • Lead a team of strategic finance managers and analysts to build and operationalize decision frameworks for growth.
  • Set and enforce financial guardrails for investment decisions across new products, partnerships, and go-to-market motions.
  • Own core commercial economics, including CAC/LTV, payback, contribution margin, and pricing strategy.
  • Co-own executive and board-level narratives with the CFO, turning complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Own and evolve high-impact financial models such as revenue forecasts, partnerships ROI, and CAC payback models.
  • Inform quarterly targets, hiring plans, and investment decisions through forecasting and modeling.
  • Create operating rhythms for cross-functional target setting, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and strategic initiative tracking.
  • Drive accountability and prioritization through performance reviews and business cadence management.
  • Partner across functions to align on the levers that support profitable growth.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Growth Finance, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, PE, or a similar environment.
  • Experience with GTM, fintech, or SaaS is ideally preferred.
  • Demonstrated ownership of capital allocation, commercial economics, and investment frameworks.
  • Executive presence with the ability to pressure-test assumptions and drive decision clarity with C-suite and functional leaders.
  • Track record of managing managers and analysts, developing talent, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Deep modeling fluency and experience using systems such as Salesforce, Looker, Adaptive, Anaplan, or Mosaic.
  • Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Familiarity with financial planning and decision-support in a high-growth environment is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $225,000–$250,000 USD.
