Description

  • Analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to support executive decision-making and lead end-to-end recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Commercialization, Data Science, Accounting, IT, Business Operations, and technical teams.
  • Develop clear narratives and presentations to communicate complex data findings and financial insights.
  • Build and maintain financial and operational models to support real-time forecasting of key financial metrics.
  • Propose and implement solutions with the GTM team to improve key financial metrics.
  • Drive process improvement, standardization, simplification, controls, and reporting enhancements.
  • Solve new and ambiguous finance problems independently using first-principles thinking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or an equivalent quantitative field.
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or data analytics, or equivalent tenure.
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional business partnerships, especially with GTM organizations.
  • Experience maintaining complex financial models and spreadsheets.
  • Expertise in Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience turning business questions into data-driven insights.
  • Ability to present financial data through detailed reports, charts, and narratives.
  • Experience with GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for senior leadership interaction.
  • Ability to work remotely, with candidates in listed locations encouraged but remote candidates in other locations also considered.

  • Zone 1 pay range of $169,100 to $232,550 USD.
